Hey, Imposter Syndrome. GTFO!

Have you ever walked into a gym full of people with rippling six packs, lifting intimidating amounts of weight and thought to yourself, “I SO do not fit in here”?

Entrepreneurship can feel just as overwhelming. Do you find yourself playing the comparison game, questioning whether you have what it takes to keep going? So normal.

Here's what you can do:

  • Cut yourself some slack. Running a business is rewarding and hard, often at the same time.
  • Put in the reps - this is a long game. You aren't going to wake up one morning and decide to become an Olympic athlete by the end of the week - same holds true for your business.
  • Find your people. Maybe the gym full rippling six-packs isn't your scene. Surround yourself with a crew who will cheer you on, motivate you and remind you that you CAN do hard things - this is no different!

💪 Coach's Cue: Write down three things you did this month that challenged you. Personally or professionally. Keep this list somewhere visible - every time you hear that inner critic start pestering you, look at this list.

Then tell Imposter Syndrome to, with all due respect, GTFO.

Opinions Are Like...
Reps. Opinions are like reps (I think the saying goes).  Quality matters more than quantity! Everyone Thinks They're an Expert But YOU know your business best.  I’ve been getting a lot of advice lately. (Some solicited, some not - you know how that goes.) When I mentioned that I was embarking on a rebrand which included some new coaching programs and group offerings, the feedback started reall...
Don’t Skip the Hard Reps 👉 Saying No
Be open...but have boundaries. Be flexible...but stay true to your core values. Mixed messages?! Allow me to clarify. Say "No" to Make Room for "Yes." The 6AM Text.Back when I owned a gym, one longtime member sent me a Saturday morning text at 6AM asking about class times (which were clearly posted online). ☝️ My first thought: “Just check the website!”😡 My second thought: full panic spiral...
Skip Social Media Burnout - Train on the Right Platform For You.
Not every type of workout is for every body - and if you tried to do a HIIT class, yoga, a bootcamp, CrossFit and a personal trainer all at once, you'd be burned out (not to mention sore & exhausted!). The same is true for your social media plan - read on for quick tips to create a more sustainable relationship with social media.  Are You More of a One-on-One or Group Coaching Type? Why Choose...
